When the socket is successfully connected to a room, we should send all current presentation notes to the client, so the user doesn't have to go to each slide to get the note to send.

When the mode of the presentation editor changes from slide editor to overview, the presentation note module doesn't display correctly, forcing a refresh.

We should add the ability for Glass to start the presentation, so you're not forced to do it on the web client.

When a web client connects with a room ID, there is currently no validation that the room is ok. We should make sure the provided ID corresponds to a valid room before returning ok.

When a client successfully joins a room, it should announce it has connected, so other clients can update accordingly.

Currently on refresh, the current slide's presentation note gets cleared in the model's data structure.
