Hello Rob and thanks for sharing your creative extensions so usefully.
I created a list of 10 Containers and assumed to be shown on Bookmarks but it does not.
Then I search for help and found your extension on Containers and add it.

I wonder if you may kindly instruct how to avail of it. I gathered hundreds of extensions since 2004 and I'd wish when I click Bookmarks to appear my Containers to finally put in order bookmarks by selecting & dragging them into each Container, indexing all so easily.

But it seems not so simple a task. If I go to "Other Bookmarks" Fx doesn't allow to drag any bookmark. When clicking mouse right button it offers to "open in Container", but alas, I haven't figured how to open each Container 's contents in order to open bookmarks saved into each, because Containers are not shown in Bookmarks index as folders.

I would be most obliged for your elaborate instructions answering each paragraph if you kindly do so.

First of all, thank you very much for making this! This will save a lot of time for people.

I did notice something that is missing. This works great from the Alt+B menu and from the Bookmarks Toolbar but it doesn't seem to work in the Bookmarks Sidebar. I use the Sidebar 99% of the time because takes up less space with my excessive amount of bookmarks. :)

If you could add the context menu option to bookmarks in the Sidebar then that would be fantastic for my usage!

I noticed that the discard threshold when opening folders of bookmarks is hardcoded. Would it be possible to add an option to increase it?

I see on AMO that this add-on is released under the Mozilla Public License, version 2.0, but could you also add a notice here too? Thanks 😄

While we're at bookmarks, maybe you'd like to enhance your addon by implementing another long awaited feature ;) : assign a bookmark to a container (why not quite simply via a hashtag assigned as a tag to this bookmark, bearing the same name as the container, like #Work#), and open the bookmark in this container when clicking on it.
Assuming Firefox has the needed webextension APIs of course.
The user could still open the bookmark in the default container by using "Oepn" in the drop down menu.

The official mutli-account containers allows know to sort the container.

Could your extension be updated to use this sorting information? It seems, it is using the "container creation time".

The position of the item at the end of the context menu isn't very nice, it would be better if it was positioned below "Open in a New Tab", just like in the regular context menus.

Having the same color on container icons in the bookmark menu would be a nice-to-have visual enhancement :)

Hi, thanks for this very useful addon.

Often I need to load a large folder of bookmarks, which have been retitled using Tab Retitle (or in bookmarks properties), then apply Tree tabs structure -workaround to get tabs into correct containers!

Unfortunately loading large numbers of tabs jams up my PC and loses the custom titles (which Tab Retitle can catch if they are opened manually one at a time.)

So could you possibly add an option to open the bookmarks unloaded? Tree tabs does this and it is just great.

The menu Entry is "Open in New Container Tab" when the other entries are:

• Open in a New Tab

• Open in a New Window

→ When applying the fix of issue 1 (sort the entries), it becomes obvious...

Not a huge problem, but I am seeing it every times and though it could be useful to report it.

Thanks so much for going to the effort of creating this addon, it's almost exactly what I've been looking for. What would make it perfect is if you could add an additional feature allowing you to configure a bookmark to always open in a specific tab container.
