What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the apks as specified by the Downloads section
2. Copy the .html files and blockly files to phone
3. Run the WebRobotNatalNet.apk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a message indicating whether I want to download the html and related 
packages. I answer yes. I get a message "Cannot be installed". If I answer no, 
the application simply closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
There is just one version in the downloads section, that's the one I have 
installed. OS: Jellybean 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
