Service has been removed. But the program is still running

hello:
I'm running into a problem. when I using winService to register the program as a service. it works !
after running .\winService -service uninstall to remove service. the service has been removed. but the program combined with service has not stopped. it's still working.

What can I do to stop the program while uninstalling the service?
