Because of the notion of regenerating piles, it is possible to have a pile
with zero items in it. In other words, we don't delete a pile just because
the last item is picked up from it.

However, we should not display the pile if it has 0 items in it.

This is probably best handled in the model rather than view or template.

Presently the chat window uses the same colour for both the current player
and other players. Different colours should be used to distinguish the two.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean SVN checkout
2. python manage.py syncdb


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error: No module named debug_toolbar

instead of synced db

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
