Currently, main.py check only first title on the gtu circular page and my github action runs every 2 hours so when sometime more then one notification come then only the last notification got executed and other will never be sent so that i want it change and i want that it checks first 3 notification instead of check only first notification .

Description

You have to scrape the Digital Gujarat . here You will have Latest Update section which you need to scrap and then you have to check is the first notification is not as the last time then you need send the email and save the title of the notification to some file(create a different file with name : DGtitle) .

• I have already written a bit of code here on this but does not compare the titles of notification feel free to change the code .
