Hello Geno,
first of all, thanks for using iMOKA.
You are right, there must be a bug in the plotly plugin legend. Using one of my files with 4 classes, I don't have the same problem.
Are you using the GUI of the v1.0 or v1.1?
from imoka.
Thanks for the response, I am using v1.1 of the GUI. Strangely we can recreate this error in different ways with our different K runs. Attached is a separate analysis that results in a different incorrect assigning of the shapes.

Hello,
I didn't manage to reproduce the error but now I explicit the colours to use.
In theory, if not given, it should follow the same given for the shape, but apparently, it doesn't always work.
Do you mind retrying with the updated version? I replace the old one here https://github.com/RitchieLabIGH/iMOKA/releases/tag/v1.1
Thank you for your patience and feedback.
Cheers,
Claudio

Hi Claudio,
I just got the time to try out the updated version, and still am seeing discordant legends. The colors seem accurate, the legend shapes still don't align with the figure. I'll say this is not a big issue for me at the moment because the actual legend is easy to figure out by looking at the data.
Best
