🎁 A very simple discord giveaway bot made with discord.js and discord-giveaways 🎁

Clone the repository:

You have to install NodeJS and Git.
Create a folder.
Open Command Prompt.
Type in: cd The path to your new folder. (Example: C:\Users\User\Desktop\New folder)
Press enter.
After that type in: git clone https://github.com/ghaku/discord-giveaway-bot.git
Press enter.
When you see all Github files in your folder you installed the bot succesfully.

Alternatives:

Download the repository as a .zip folder.
Open the repository in GitHub Desktop.
npm install
yarn

Open config.json and change the following values:

"prefix": "YOUR_PREFIX_HERE",
"token": "YOUR_TOKEN_HERE",

After you have filled in the config.json file use the start.bat file to start your bot.

If you get the error message that the bot was unable to find discord.js or discord-giveaways just use the setup.bat file. This will download both packages automatically and should fix your problem.

If you have a problem starting the bot you can always open an issue in this repository.

Don't worry the token shown in this gif is outdated.

1. Fork the repository!

3. Create your feature branch: git checkout -b my-new-feature
4. Commit your changes: git commit -am 'Add some feature'
5. Push to the branch: git push origin my-new-feature
