downloading COG database

Hi,

It seems downloading the COG database during installation of PEOM is not working:

Preparing transaction: done
Verifying transaction: done
Executing transaction: done
Download COG database
Unzip cog fasta and format the file by diamond
gzip: /home/Staff/uqgni1/tools/POEM_py3k/database/cog/cog2014/prot2003-2014.fa.gz: No such file or directory
