Hey there,

Thanks for this package.

It looks like sharing the first OrderBook's socket with a second OrderBook is not working due to this line in BitMEXClient.js:

if (!this.socket) {
    this.socket = new WebSocket(this.endpoint);
}

Shouldn't it be:

if (!this.socket) {
    this.socket = new WebSocket(this.endpoint);
} else {
    return resolve(true);
}

Doing the above, however, causes onUpdate() to be repeated multiple times for the same message.
