Risk management

• When a risk owner is added, risk owner gets notification
• When a risk is escalated super admin and hos gets notification : popup - true.
• When a risk is mitigated the user who escalated the risk gets a notification.

Incident management

• When incident is escalated Super admin and HOS gets notification : popup - true
• Any p1 HOS gets notification
• When an incident is resolved the user who escalated the incident gets a notification.

Audits

• When an audit is scheduled the super admin and the hos gets the notification : popup - true
• Notifies HOS if OFI or Risk was identified in the audit

Management review

• When a management review is scheduled only super admin gets notification.
• When a KPI is added the hos should get a notification a new KPI has been assigned to your business function
• All the attendees in a management review get notifications.

Continual improvement

• When the owner is assigned the owner should get notification
• If a OFI is implemented the hos should get the notification

Supplier management

• when a supplier is compliant super admin and hos user gets a notification
• when a p1 incident is added in suppliers hos gets notification

Document management

• When a new owner is assigned he gets the notification
• When a document version is updated all the relevant users should get notification that this doc has been reviewed ( category should be considered )

Task manager

• when a user is issued a task the user should get the notification : popup - test
• when a task is accepted the actual assignee should get the notification
• when its declined the actual assignee should get the notification
• when its completed actual assignee should get the notification
• when a task hits due dates associated people should get the notification

License management

• when license request comes in super user gets notification
• when license is granted or declined the user who made the request gets appropriate notification.
