API wrapper for Pro6PP zipcode database(d-centralize.nl).
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'dcentralized'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install dcentralized
Add file config/initializers/dcentralized.rb.
