Create a control that shows Bars instead of lines.

• Needs to work in concert with #1 .
• Will probably need custom x-axis functionality to show the date (since the default will overlap way too much). Maybe just first and last date by default, and then show others on mouseover?

Specifically for intervals longer than a day, annotate the nearest interval equal to or earlier than the mouse-over date. Also for clarity's sake set line interpolation to step-after.

Allow for "stacked" line charts and add a control to switch between "stacked" and "grouped" lines. Webcharts won't do stacked lines by default, so the "CumulativeCount" will need to be derived in the data manipulations run on init. Can probably do this in the getStatusCut function.
