- Download standalone Neo4j Server from https://neo4j.com/download-center/ which requires Java 17.
- Install Graph Data Science library from https://neo4j.com/docs/graph-data-science/current/installation/neo4j-server/. Copy the GDS jar to /plugins directory.
- Install APOC library - copy from /labs folder to /plugins
- In neo4j.conf, dbms.security.procedures.allowlist=apoc.create.,gds.
- Start the neo4j server: /bin/neo4j console
- Create a virtualenv and install requirements.txt
- Uses the kmeans example in this course: https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/courses/gds-community-detection/3-kmeans/2-kmeans/
- Copy data to load to /import directory.
