since this panes have glazed terracotta pattern so they need to have the rotation of the source block as well
I tested the patterned pane glasses and they didn't have rotation but it seems the patterned glasses has the rotation pattern so just needed add rotation to pane glasses I guess.

I found a resource pack that have very cool and beautiful patterns and as the dev stated you can use those textures without permission
so we only need a recipe and adding textures
my idea for recipe is like terracotta and glass recipe but instead of using that first we combine a metal bar with a dye then we put the product of it to replace the terracotta in the middle of 8 glasses

add tinted glass variant that block lights
also it would be nice to have pane version of the tinted glass (its not available in vanilla Minecraft)

patterned glasses and panes are registering as both wood and glass variants when you walk on them base on the sound subtitle(wood creaks)
maybe incompatible with presence footsteps mod
