   imeHandler = new WinFormsIMEHandler(WindowHandle);
   imeHandler.TextInput += (s, e) => { ... };
   imeHandler.TextComposition += (s, e) => { ... };

Note that TextComposition event only works on WindowsDX platform due to limitation of the underlying platform
