I attempted to reach you via your GitHub organization email ([email protected]) but wanted to follow up with an issue in case my message did not reach you.

I came across your repository, which published the corresponding Python package, "PySyntax," on PyPI. I would like to know if you are currently using this package. If not, would it be possible for you to transfer the package name to me?

I am interested in using this name to publish a package for the community. As you may be aware, creating your PySyntax package on PyPI now means that the name is perpetually and globally reserved due to the flat namespace on PyPI. However, it appears that your package is used for a couple of small utility functions to rename imports within your organization

I would really appreciate it if you could please consider allowing me to use the name for a community package on PyPI.
