The external contacts + button doesn't line up, and the formatting of the stuff inside is really bad.

Also hide that section if no matches are present.

If there is an exact phone match, make it blink or something - that's a big deal.

Maybe we need placeholder records too:

in /api/contacts/:id/external_contacts action, if they don't have the env set, put some fake data there?

Should probably accept params like this:

name_cont
name_eq
phone_eq
properties_cont

And just return all contacts, with all their notes embedded.

Maybe ask for a token from the env to auth this endpoint.

They are a dynamic property at the moment, but if you can somehow detect the presence of a website and add a clickable link in new window - that would be helpful

Would be good if;

When you click "Next" - and then click "Call back" as a status, it asked you when with a date (or time?) picker.

That contact then automatically comes back up when that date comes.

Maybe just a hidden route for now. Or put a flag on the page somehow on the rails side.

Need to see stats on the last day, week, month performance - per user. Maybe you click the user to see them.

Need a way to see contacts that have been processed I think.

Maybe an activity feed for the notes that have been added.

Right now the top nav is just hard links, switch to {{link-to}}
