Don't run bundle install --deployment && rails db:migrate && rails s as default command
--deployment option is keeping gemfile locked
Unable to add gems because of the --deployment option:
rails_1 | You are trying to install in deployment mode after changing
rails_1 | your Gemfile. Run `bundle install` elsewhere and add the
rails_1 | updated Gemfile.lock to version control.

Permission issues when using rails to generate files on docker.
When using rails generate (or any command that generates files) through docker, permissions are set to root. This means by default accessing those files outside of the container will require root or changing permissions.
