Discord recently released the Threads feature: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403205878423-Threads-FAQ

However, if you try to /startpoll or !startpoll inside a thread, the poll creation fails (/startpoll shows "This interaction failed" and !startpoll simply does nothing)

Maybe stick around until either the user votes or 30s or even 60s has expired?

Possibly note in the footer that the poll was edited.

Ideally they would automatically vote for it, but Discord doesn't provide a way for us to react on behalf of a user. So do this instead.

If a user is mentioned in the poll title, the resulting poll title contains the raw text <@{USER_ID}> instead of being parsed as a mention because the title field doesn't support mentions.

Mentions should be converted into nicks before creating the poll.

If a user creates a poll with `!startpoll title="Poll Title" options="Option 1","Option2" those options cannot contains commas as the bot will interpret it as a delimiter starting a new option.

Need to rethink how !startpoll is parsed to allow it.

Create a poll type where a user can only vote for one option
