Complex templates with many conditionals tend to result in many empty lines.

Detect chains of \n and contract them.

Ideally, intentional chains are kept but such resulting from empty evaluation are removed. Maybe put a placeholder @@@ (or similar) for empty replacements and replace (@@@)+ with "" and (@@@|\n)+ with \n.

Currently, the provided sanitisation function is applied to all entry values. This is mostly fine, but the bibtex value should remain as originally provided.

Currently, the @bibtex@ code outputs the source literally. This may not be desired: the source may contain non-standard fields for the purpose of presentation; when we offer BibTeX so people cite properly, we should restrict ourselves to standard fields.

Add an option that controls behaviour:

• all -- literal source
• standard -- only standard entries
• filer=a,b,... -- restricts to a, b, ...
