Plot a users most recent posts on a map

Provide a search bar, where a user can search for a hashtag. Display on a map the most recent usages of that hashtag.

There is an error related to oauth. I'm assuming it has something to do with getting the token non-locally. Will need to get this fixed to access Instagram API properly.

Error : oauth_listener() needs an interactive environment.

Common logic functions can be moved to their own files.

Some locations have a latitude and longitude, but no name. Can eventually deal with these cases.

Should be able to use &min_timestamp=0 in the url request to get a paginated result, which will allow for getting any number of pictures.

If more than one picture is tagged at the same location, only the most recent picture will show up on the map.

When the application is deployed, there are two bootstrap files that are not loading correctly.
