advlib-ble-manufacturers's Issues

Error in advlib-ble-manufacturers/lib/pur3ltd.js

Hello reelyactive!

I was testing your code with our test codes folder and the example code in README.md and I have the same error in the example of README.md (hello advlib-ble-manufacturers) and in advlibblemanufacturers.test.js:

  catch {
        ^

SyntaxError: Unexpected token {
    at createScript (vm.js:80:10)
    at Object.runInThisContext (vm.js:139:10)
    at Module._compile (module.js:616:28)
    at Object.Module._extensions..js (module.js:663:10)
    at Module.load (module.js:565:32)
    at tryModuleLoad (module.js:505:12)
    at Function.Module._load (module.js:497:3)
    at Module.require (module.js:596:17)
    at require (internal/module.js:11:18)
    at Object.<anonymous> (/home/.../node_modules/advlib-ble-manufacturers/lib/advlibblemanufacturers.js:12:17)

I thought it was a simple error and I add to advlib-ble-manufacturers/lib/pur3ltd.js catch (error) { console.error(error); but it seems it isn't working.

  • In the example of README.md (hello advlib-ble-manufacturers) it returns null.
  • In advlibblemanufacturers.test.js:
describe('advlib-ble-manufacturers', function() {
^

ReferenceError: describe is not defined
    at Object.<anonymous> (/home/.../node_modules/advlib-ble-manufacturers/test/unit/advlibblemanufacturers.test.js:29:1)
    at Module._compile (module.js:652:30)
    at Object.Module._extensions..js (module.js:663:10)
    at Module.load (module.js:565:32)
    at tryModuleLoad (module.js:505:12)
    at Function.Module._load (module.js:497:3)
    at Function.Module.runMain (module.js:693:10)
    at startup (bootstrap_node.js:188:16)
    at bootstrap_node.js:609:3

I'm running the scripts in Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS with the cmd commands and I have node v8.10.0. Maybe I'm doing something wrong because I haven't so much experience in this.

Thank you.
