Create Master Branch about spdx_eclipse_plugin HOT 6 CLOSED

The master branch has been created and the dev branch has been left as default. Should we change the default branch to master, or leave it as dev?

Tyler, I would change the default branch to Master...that way users can install a full "workable" version of the plugin without any accidental development "bugs". Thanks for doing that. Does you agree? If not, let me know.

Sounds good to me - just wanted to make sure. I'll get the default branch
