Add style id's to all relevant elements

Create a default CSS style sheet for these.

Lets all boycott IE

I think using clear:both in the style sheet will fix this...

Sort the daypanel by date descending.

Ah yet another feature.

This needs to be switchable via a url argument

If unsorted XML dates are retrieved it is possible that the all day events
do not show first.

Please comment if you experience this issue.

Load all API fields that are available and deal with missing/empty fields.

Line breaks are not showing up from CCB events

Unknown reason for issue currently

Modify the dayPanel class to create a link to the "Day's Events" popup when
the events spill off the day. 

Modify the dayPanel to make the date clickable and display the "Day's
Events" popup

Create a new helper class that will display a day's events in a half screen
size popup.
