I guess you are using devise_cas_authenticatable? Based on what I see in their README, you need to set config.cas_enable_single_sign_out to true. If that does not work, you may need to ask the guys over there what could cause this problem. The Logout Request sent by CASino looks perfectly fine.

I will Ask them because I have the config.cas_enable_single_sign_out = true but still have the same error.
