jquery-1.7 should be jquery-1.7.2, based on what's in your folder: https://github.com/rashanjibowu/designing_apis/tree/gh-pages/libraries/frameworks/deckjs

On a separate note, Chrome is throwing an warning because the jquery lib you're pulling from the web is HTTP:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://rashanjibowu.github.io/designing_apis/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jQuery/jquery-1.7.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Either/both of those should clear up this blank screen that I get when I go to https://rashanjibowu.github.io/designing_apis/:
