An example would best explain:
Let'us say that you set Left mouse button for Move and Right click for Resize.
Now you set Minimize as Long drag-free Move action and Maximize as a long drag-free Resize action.
Than you will be able to Minimize a Window With Alt+long Left Click. And Maximize with Alt+long Right Click.
A long click is when you hold the mouse button down for at least a double click delay (400ms by default on Windows).
If you Check the Avoid blocking Alt+Click (disables AltSnap double clicks) option, then the click does not have to be long anymore.
