Update README to include info slack app info
The slack app integration is documented pretty well in the slack_app.py file, but it would be better to add that to the main project README.
Reorganize this so that it's clear there are 2 ways to run the program.
Also make it clear that this can be easily configured for any other repo.
[slack app] Add support to search for unmerged PRs
As it sits right now, if a PR isn't merged yet, it could be confusing to the user as the slack app returns "no results found" for PRs that haven't been merged yet.
It should be really simple to add a call out the the GitHub API to search for the PR and respond with something like "Not Merged".
