For some reason, fifo-js keeps leftover processes running, such as the ones below:
factorio 3899200 0.0 0.0 2608 608 ? S Jan13 0:00 /bin/sh -c echo "oof2win2: ?rconcmd #industrial-revolution /lsroles Letaldiran" > ../servers/test/server.fifo

These processes are running for some time now, even with me killing them off once in a while. What is wrong with this? Is this an issue of something else?
