Make it case insensitive @Tejaswi-19

WHile sorting by rank, for People like Alvis, for whom there is no data available in percentage, it must be coming at the very bottom, but right now , for me it is not at the bottom

@Tejaswi-19 Create it whatever way you want

IF we are on 2nd page of some branch, and if we start searching, and the number of students that matches , are not enough to come to the 2nd page , then it stays at 2nd page and shows empty for that page and we need to move to the first page to see the relevant data.

If we are at second page for a particular branch (>10 entries) , and if we then move to another branch in filter for which suppose 2nd page did not even exist, as it had less than 10 entries. Then, it creates some issue and that error/warning on console.
