mysql configuration broken

Describe the bug
mysql password not accepted. otherwise all seems to be running. Some issue with version numbers as well, PHP 8.0 or 8.1.

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'172.23.0.3' (using password: NO) (SQL: select * from pledges order by id desc limit 25)

Suggestions to use Stripe "Setup Intents" instaed of "Payment Intent"

Hello Shannon!

First of all, congratulations on the new project! It is awesome and so inspiring as SelfStarter was, and brings to the self-crowdfunding model a nice open-source refresh. :)

I just would like to suggest to use Setup Intents (link) instead of Payment Intent, that you wrote on Readme, for two reasons:

  1. Setup Intent doesn't initiate a charge as Payment Intent does. Despite the fact that the charge can be postponed on Payment Intent, Setup Intent seems more logical since it only saves the customer card details (instead of a partial charge procedure) and, as in Payment Intent, it also saves the SCA pre-approval (link) to allow a charge later without user intervention.

  2. It is suggested by Stripe as the proper way to go when crowdfunding through Stripe (here and here).
