User answers not being rendered correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to /user/answers
2. Answer all questions
3. Change via pagination

Here are some of the features I might implement in the near future (in this project) but do not have any concrete plans to implement them now

• Try using default validation error rather than using popup alert.
