Over time the extension has grown in complexity. A few improvements include

• insults loaded from external config file
• insults for Pence, Bannon, etc added
• insults can be turned on and off by person
• lots of options for insults control
• option for user to edit own config
• code to replace trump images with images of kittens

You can clone the folder and just load the extension by going to chrome://extensions. You'll also have to enable developer mode.
