Could you please add in the README file the complete guide to how:

1. INSTALL BroadLink RM mini 3 python library on Raspberry pi 3, Raspbian OS

I Know my IP/MAC of my RM mini 3 and I have Mitsubishi MSZ FD25 device.

2. write an example of complete command /code to :
   Power ON my AC, and:

• set HOT
• 21°C
• FAN AUTO
• SWING AUTO
• Horizzontal

3. An example of complete command to:
   Power ON my AC, and:

• set COOL
• 23°C
• FAN MAX
• SWING MIDDLE
• Horizzontal
