本项目为手机彩票软件
分为3个子项目：
- 服务器端程序，负责储存并管理数据，接受客户端的请求并返回数据。使用Django编写。
- 定期更新程序，每隔一段时间自动执行，抓取并更新比赛场次、结果等信息。使用python编写。
- 客户端（手机端）程序，为用户提供登陆、查询信息、购买彩票等功能。使用cordova编写。
