Connect your SLINK device to a power supply. Download our APP on the iOS Appstore or Google Play Store. Create an Account or Login. Select or Create a workout on the APP. Scan your SLINK ID on the device with the app. Follow the instructions on your SLINK Device. After you completed your workout check your stats on the App.
