项目组角色和职责划分

项目组的定义

一个根据项目需求临时组建的员工组。通常和某个项目或者项目集对应。

项目组的分工和管理

主要是为了解决无人对项目进度管理和项目资源维护负责的问题。

确保和客户的沟通、对客户的支持保持顺畅。

确保项目和事项的有序，其他人可以看懂和使用

项目负责人的职责

出了问题首先追责项目负责人监督不力，然后追责项目经理

客户支持渠道

目前的经验主要是围绕企业微信外部群。

最近新增了Discord。国外客户还缺少一个稳定的支持渠道。一方面是对国外的沟通平台不熟悉，另一方面是大部分能用的都被墙。
