Chances are this just requires runPipeline to return the valueList instead of printing it. Might also require some changes to handle_args.

• Need to accept arguments for file extensions to use
• Need to accept arguments for file/dirnames to ignore
  • Currently ignoreFiles and ignoreDirs are two separate arrays, it would probably be easier if these were joined.
  • Consider the possibility of users wanting to pass in things like *test* where anyname.test.anyextension should be ignored
• Consider accepting a config file so that users do not have to pass arguments every time

Currently only tested with .js files, where there are considerations like ignoring requires and imports, etc. Will likely require slightly different regex for other languages.
