This should be resolved with commit e932723. This always worked for me when unit testing at the command line but I guess people are more likely to run these using an entire web server? I can't seem to find a variable which, in all situations, contains "the full path to the originally-executed PHP script"; at the command line, "SCRIPT_FILENAME" contains the relative path rather than the absolute path. Since I usually run this stuff using an absolute path anyway, it doesn't matter.
