GreedyMultiParser only evaluates internals[0] ? about loco HOT 4 CLOSED

I didn't close it, but the bug was invalid. Parser objects have an attribute internals which stores an array of "internal" Parser objects (or references to Parser objects). This allows things like LazyAltParser, which alternates between each of its internal Parsers. In the case of GreedyMultiParser, the internals array has only a single entry, $this->internals[0], because it concatenates multiple matches from that single internal Parser.

$k is obviously used to count the number of consecutive matches.

Yes, sorry, i closed it myself, as i saw my error and thought $internals was an array for GreedyMultiParser too.

Admittedly, having an array $internals regardless of whether a Parser has zero, one or many internal Parsers is confusing and probably unnecessary. I might refactor this one day.
