The licenses service will probably no longer serve a metric for the license consumption. Instead the consumption can be monitored on endpoint /v1/licenses/overview. We need to update the example to using the new endpoint. The new endpoint is available in later releases of the licenses service, but not present on the old 1.1.4 version.

I'm trying to run this sample, but it crashes on with_license_test.go with stacktrace

It looks like license service is not reachable.
When I look into logs of docker-compose.engine-and-license-service.yml I see such error:

And coreusinglicenses_licenses_1 exited with code 1 immediately after that.

Replace information and examples related to serial and control number with new license key format.

Are there any way to use licences service in offline environment? For instance, generate lef and put it into some file?

Move information from the updates pages to this repo

• Ensure the receiving team has all AWS credentials required
• Setup load test for license backend

When I call licenseService/v1/licenses/allotments, I get answer {"errorMessage":"invalid license date(s)","errorType":"handler.forbiddenRequestError"}. Qlik Core connected to this License Service doesn't work. How to fix it?

This is tested in the branch: session_limit

We just need a released engine with this fix in it.
