• Allow to generate html from Markdown files.

When I ran the program, I saw that the title is treated like the rest of the content. I would suggest looking at the newline character to split the title with the rest of the content.

Amazing work, I have to say I'm very impressed with how we can do SSG using python. In the README.md, if we could add and link to the static page of the project for a quick review that would be very useful.

I notice that you've commented out dist from your .gitignore. It's typical to not put generated files in git, only source code. The dist folder for programs like this is usually left out, since it's always different for every user/run.

So your program could be called: ./nice_name -h
instead of ./main.py -h

Issue Description

Add an optional -l, --lang, and/or \l flag, which indicates the language to use when generating the lang attribute on the root element. For example, --lang fr would mean that the HTML documents are in French, and would include , while -l pt-BR would mean the text is using Brazilian Portuguese: .
By default, use en-CA for Canadian English.
