As a user I can swap one of the meal options with a randomly sampled option and iterate so that I can have a meal plan that I like.

Criteria:

• User presented with a clear option to swap by selecting an unwanted meal
• Selected meal is swapped with a meal that is not one of the unselected meals
• Selected meals are not swapped

As a user, I can get the meal plan sent to me and others in my family via text message and email so that I have a reference to remember the plan.

Criteria:
-Full plan can be sent to any text number or email

As a user, my meal plan includes the ingredients that I need to shop for so that I can cook all meals in the plan

Criteria:

• Database is populated with ingredients
• User is warned if some meals don't have all ingredients listed
• User is shown list of meals as part of the meal plan
