I get an error when I try to write the image:

f.write(self.data)
ValueError: ndarray is not C-contiguous

I have tried this script to load mha files but always get one error i.e. total size of new array must be unchanged from line no. 118. I have tried to debug it and found that the length of self.data array before and after reshaping is not same and I don't know where is the problem in the script I've checked many times..can you tell me what I am missing.

read_mha gives all sorts of error because the file is opened in binary mode using rb but all the operations are done treating the file to be in string mode.

Do you have any installation info or a setup.py file?
