This should alter behaviour of the add command. Warn the user if it tries to add feed which is already contained in feed list.

feed and stream command can take GROUP as they arguments. If a user makes a typo then it is better to show the most similar GROUP (from the feed list) to the requested one.

The help command should do the same as the --help option does.

When a new entries arrives run external script so a user can do actions like "play a sound", "raise a notification splash" or "ejecting a cd drive" (not really). Script path can be read from .ureader/config file. This affects stream command only.

When --html option is supplied output a raw html document. This options can be used with some other pager like lynx, w3m or web browser.

Sometimes a user might want to cancel out consequences of the "add" command. For example user adds a bad feed by running ureader add Haskell Hackage http://badlink. To delete the bad feed user should have a remove command, like so ureader remove Haskell Hackage.
