Our eyes do not perceive light the way it really is... difference from 1% to 2% looks about the same as from 85% to 100%

It would be handy to be able to set two outputs to different levels at the same time.

The use case where this came up:
I wanted to fade Red and Green LEDs together to produce an amber light, but the greens are much brighter than the reds and when fading to brighter I end up with something that just looks green.

Would like something like:

fade9685 -c 0 -l 50 -c 1 -l 100

And have it fade both at the same time, but end at 50% for the one channel and 100% for the other.

This is likely more of a PITA than it is worth, but maybe...

As it is now, when hardware is first brought up a -f xxx -R must be done before anything works.

It should either:

1. Detect this and do it
   or
2. Avoid the issue (Do we simply need to set the frequency?)
