Add a new component for rendering a header within a TUI. The header component should support three placeholders:

1. The name of the application
2. An optional adjacent free-text field that can store additional information, such as a version
3. An optional field for a free-text project description that should be truncated as the screen resizes

Describe your feature

Create a textbox component that provides essential Vim motion support for navigating around and editing text. The textbox should display line numbers and include a separate bar at the bottom for basic commands.

• h, j, k, l to move the cursor (include arrow key support)
• w jump to the beginning of the next word
• b jump back to the beginning of the next word
• e jump to the end of a word
• 0 jump to the first character of a line
• $ jump to the last character of a line
• { jump a paragraph downwards
• } jump a paragraph upwards
