Iterate through the wiki, and grab the arguments for every function so they can be used to build snippets.

Use vimscript to save a local copy of any lsl file loaded from the SL client

• Save a local copy
• Name based on the name given in the first line of the lsl file
• Directory set in vimrc
• Only works on files loaded from /tmp (everything else is edited locally and saved the usual way)

Add the ability to auto-open a browser tab to a function or keyword's lsl wiki page.

Current regex for / does not find and recognize them as operators

Add two ways to auto-insert functions

• lslSay becomes llSay(channel, message)
• l?lSay becomes # llSay(integer channel, string message) \n # constants: DEBUG_CHANNEL PUBLIC_CHANNEL
