InboundKafkaChannel didn't handle the case when source data in kafka is not partitioned(without key). NullPointerException will be thrown when consuming.

Change hard code 90 secs to a configurable parameter on NettyTransportConfig

The client side escape is deprecated and did not handle + very well, should use encodeURIComponent.

It should update consumed sequence after retrieve the value.

1. Add system property to allow context port can be passed via script
2. Make the script can work locally with default zk info (localhost:2181)
3. Change the archetype and make the context port use a system property plus an offst
4. Now it can work with mesos, to use host network mode and pass the base port.

It seems that the pom.xml of jetstreamcore need jetty-util.

So it is better to add dependency as follows:
